Formed in 2013 by Ian Smith, a psychologist with over 20 years of supporting organisations to make better hiring decisions and helping individuals make the most of their potential. Ian's motivation is in helping organisations improve how they assess people, driving up candidate fairness and driving out bias. Typically this involves challenging long-established, but ultimately, self-defeating assessment practices.
